On Wednesday 30th August ONS were pleased to welcome the Softcat Services team and Account Managers to a Golf Day at Rotherham Golf Course, regarded as Yorkshire’s finest historic parkland course and where we sponsor the seventh hole.
The event was designed to give us the opportunity to get to know the Softcat team a little better in an informal setting. It was not just an opportunity to thank the team for the business they have placed with us, but to discuss our service and suggest new additions to our offering.
The day was a huge success and we were blessed with glorious sunshine throughout, there was some excellent golf played, although some of it bore little resemblance to the handicaps quoted!
All we can say is, well done to the winners and the ONS team look forward to welcoming you back to Rotherham Golf Club in the near future!
Golf is the perfect metaphor for the way we work hard to build strong partnerships with our clients, as we deliver services on their behalf. It takes time and effort to become a good golfer, just as it takes time and effort on both sides of a partnership to establish the necessary trust.
