Global Deployment with Smart Hands

ONS Smart Hands makes deployment anywhere, from round the corner to around the world possible, with a network of engineers allowing you and your clients access to certified and skilled engineers anywhere in the world.

Once you explain the challenge your client is facing and we understand their unique needs, validated by a detailed and agreed SOW, our Smart Hands technician will be assigned and you can relax, safe in the knowledge that our professional team is working on your behalf.

  • UK Based team and large global network
  • Install based activity scheduled typically within 5-10 days
  • All work subject to a detailed and verified Scope of Works
  • PMO assigned on larger projects
  • POC on larger installs

Weekly Site Visits

Our UK team of engineers are available to provide deskside support to your customers from 1 day to 5 days per week. This would be on a scheduled basis, for durations as required and subject to our terms and conditions.

  • Cover in the event of sickness (48 hours)

Our innovative Resource-as-a-Service (RaaS) solution provides a flexible mechanism to support your customers on a Global basis. ONS provide resource globally in over 100 countries for ad hoc or regular site attendance for deployments, smart hands, fault diagnosis and scheduled visits.

The service is delivered on a call-off basis that you pay for in advance, which remains valid for 12 months. Any of our resource-based services can be used at the applicable rate.

Services are available 24x7 and can be white labelled. ONS provide level 1 to 3 engineers.

For calls logged prior to 15:00 each day (subject to location), ONS will despatch an engineer the next business day to site for field-based support. An upgrade option is available on some services, so please contact us for more details.

All work will have a comprehensive Scope of Works (SoW) agreed with you and your client to ensure we deliver the very best end-user experience.

An ONS statement of usage will be provided at the end of each month to ensure your client agrees with and confirms the charges assigned.
